Dear Partners and Friends,

The situation with COVID - 19 is changing daily, having more and more impact on all of us. To the better, I hope.

The situation has urged us to update our cancellation policy regarding the booking payments and the booking cancellations.

Following measures are valid from today till further notice.

For all bookings due to embark in April, May and June our clients have possibility:

- To change their booking for any other available period for season 2020

(conditions will be determined for each booking individually with respect of the price range)

the latest 15 days before the charter.

In case we don't receive the confirmation 15 days before the charter-ASTAREA General terms and conditions will be applied.

Payment terms for NEW BOOKINGS:

- first advance payment: 20% of charter price within 7 days from booking confirmation

- balance 40 days before check in date

Cancellation policy for NEW BOOKINGS:

• For cancellations 0-15 days before the check-in we will retain 100% of the charter price

• For cancellations 16-30 days before the check-in we will retain 50% of the charter price

• For cancellations 31-60 days before the check-in we will retain 20% of the charter price

Free cancellations 61 days or more before the check-in
