We head off to a new booking year, hopefully better than the one we have experienced this year.
Challenges are ahead of us. During this hard year we have learned something, we have changed something, and hopefully good things will arise from it.
Attached you may find our new Pricelist and General charter terms and conditions for 2021. Base infos are also attached.
Payment terms till 31.12.2020 are:
20 % 7 days from booking confirmation
30 % in February-March 2021
50 % 3 weeks before charter
Cancellation terms till 31.12.2021 are:
20 % of the charter price for cancellation till 121 days before charter
50 % of the charter price for cancellation from 120-31 days before charter
100% of the charter price for cancellation 30 days before charter
COVID VOUCHER
In case of when the client is not able to reach the base due to objective reasons related to COVID travel restrictions (border closure and/or obligatory quarantine longer than 7 days), client will have a credit note/voucher for made payments for future charter usable within current or next year.
Changes that were needed in order to continue with inflow of bookings are following:
FLEXIBLE PAYMENT TERMS
Many of our partners are asking for flexible payment terms, what is reasonable in this hard time.
We tolerate the settlement of first payment 30 days from booking confirmation, and no cancellation fees are applied for cancellations within 30 days from charter confirmation till 31.12.2020. If the cancellation is made after 30 days from charter booking, above described Cancellation terms will be applied.
CONTACTLESS CHECK IN
As of this year we have made improvements in our check in procedure making it Online and therefore easier, shorter and with minimum contact possible.
It has showed to be more than useful in the Corona times, and we will continue with its use, as safety of our clients is our prime goal.
